Freedom of Information Act Request to Department of Defense

Shown below is most of the body of my freedom of information and privacy act request to the U.S. Department of Defense submitted on the Web on April 3, 2005. Directly below that is an initial response email from the DOD dated April 11, 2005. I would like to appeal, but I have been unable to appeal because of mind control as of May 28, 2005 (time to appeal is running out). I also do not seem to be able to go to court to litigate my other FOIA and Privacy Act requests because of mind control.

I originally sent a letter via U.S. mail on September 3, 2003 (erroneously dated September 3, 2002 in the letter). However, I did not receive any response from the Department of Defense to the September 2003 request even though they are required by law to respond (national security makes the law unclear though). I sent other similar FOIA and privacy act requests to the FBI and CIA. They both responded with letters claiming they have no records.

Note that some parts of my request shown below are replaced with XXXXX to safeguard my privacy. Only the request itself is shown here. The header information is omitted.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552 and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. section 552a, please furnish me with copies of all records:

(1) about me indexed to my name and the other information shown directly below:
    Full name:  David Allen White
    Current Address:  XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
     XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    Date of Birth:  XXXXXXXXX, 1971
    Place of Birth:  XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    Social Security No.:  XXX-XX-XXXX
    Citizenship:  U.S. Citizen
Nature of Records:  General information about me and my future, records of God's use of mind control on me including who paid the U.S. Government for the mind control, and extensive records about my life from surveillance by God and probably also records of surveillance by people for verification.

In addition, under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, please furnish me with records on the following two related topics:

(2) God: (a) General Information: Is God/Allah an extraterrestrial? What powers does God have that he actually uses to help humanity? Will we eventually create life forms like God via Artificial Intelligence research just like the extraterrestrials who created God? (b) God's relationship with the U.S. Government including a general description of what God will and will not do for the government (why not stop 9/11) and when did government agencies and the president find out about God? (c) God's relationship with me (David A. White); (d) The Afterlife: Hell (and Heaven) and God's deals to avoid Hell including examples (tobacco, etc.). (e) Is it true that God will not, in most cases, help people overtly after declassification (eg. cure diseases, help quit smoking, fight obesity, stop violence, enforce injunctions, or provide lie detection or memory enhancements) except helping people to avoid hell?

(3) Time machines: (a) General Information (What is a time machine?). (b) Does God prohibit the use or building of time machines with mind control? (c) What type of information about the future, or potential futures, is available to the government?

Dear Mr. White:

This is in response to your April 3, 2005 Freedom of Information Act request.

We conducted a check of the Defense Clearance and Investigations Index (DCII) which contains references to personal investigations and clearances conducted by or for the DoD investigative organizations, and the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) which contains references to former and present military and civilian personnel. There was no reference to records on you contained in either database.

Should you deem this no record response to be a denial, you may appeal this finding by offering justification to support an additional search effort. Any such appeal should be postmarked within 60 calendar days of the date of this message to this office.

This action closes your request.
